Our "Learn to Play Hockey & Learn to Skate" class offers an exciting opportunity for people of all ages to discover the joy of roller hockey. Taught by experienced coaches, this class is designed for beginners who are eager to learn the ropes of the sport. Whether you've never played hockey before or want to improve your skills, we'll teach you the basics of skating, passing, shooting, and game strategy in a welcoming and supportive environment. When is Youth Learn to Play & Learn to Skate Program?
Sundays! Learn to Skate 12-12:30pm, Learn to Play 12:30-1:00pm.
Learn to Skate is for beginners that are just learning to roller skate!
At Learn to Play they can take those Learn to Skate skills and start playing roller hockey!!
What is the cost of the Youth Learn to Play & Learn to Skate Program?
$120 for a 6-week session.
At what age can my child begin skating and playing Roller Hockey?
Ages 4+, we're planning to provide classes for all age groups.
What equipment do you need for the Learn to Play programs?
Full gear is required. Helmet, elbow pads, stick, shin guards, gloves, and skates.
What happens after Learn To Play?
After Learn to Play, we'll make a recommendation for our players depending on their age and skill level. Every player will eventually have the opportunity to join a team with the Heatwave Arena Youth League.
